Cornerstone Frozen Pizza

Mushroom pizza from Cornerstone Pizza in Keeseville

If you’ve ever enjoyed the tender, melty, perfectly charred pizzas regularly served up at Au Sable Brewing in Keeseville, good news: It’s available frozen, too. Connor Stone, the farmer-turned-pizzaiolo not only serves his delicious pizza from his mobile food truck, he also freezes some to sell at local markets. Current frozen varieties include cheese, mushroom, and pepperoni all made with high quality ingredients, most of them local. They heat up in minutes and taste like they came fresh from his pizza oven. The pizzas range from $20 to $23 dollars, can feed three people easily, and are worth every penny. I always keep a couple in my freezer.

Where to find it: Looks for Cornerstone Pizza in freezers at Sugarhouse Creamery in Upper Jay (look in the chest freezer to the left as soon as you walk in), Craigardan Farm Store in Elizabethtown, the Essex Farm Store in Essex, and the Clover Mead Farm Store in Keeseville.
